Command: Mail - another variation of 'people'

Description:
	Lists the level, the email addresses of people and their gender.

	If no argument is given, it is done for all players (and wizards)
	who are online, else only for the specified one.

Syntax:
	Mail
	Mail <player>

Note: 
	The access to players' and wizards' mail addresses is restricted
	to wizards with higher levels (archwizards).
