Command: people
Optional argument: <pformat>

Description:
	Shows basic information about logged in users:

Internet domain name (abbreviated).
User's name.
The level.
Domain or guild of user.
Away flag 'A' if the user is away.
Idle flag 'I' if the user has been idle for more than 5 minutes.
Editor flag 'E' if the user is editing.
Busy flag 'B' if the user is being prompted for input (Mail, Board..).
Environment of user (room).

	Also the number of executed commands per second and number of
	lines compiled per second (both averaged of the last 15 minutes)
	is displayed.

	This command can be abbreviated up to 'p', no need to set up an
	alias for it.
