----------------------------------------------------------------------------
20              Only some wiz commands, no file access, except for reading
		the documentation in /doc/.
21              All standard wizard commands.
                Read access to all files except for: Those of other wizards,
                unless permitted by their master.c; domain directories, unless
                granted a 'guest' access; the /secure/ and /etc/ directories.
                Write access to all own files (/players/<wizname>/* and
                /log/<wizname>*) the /tmp directory and /news/<wizname>. 
22-29           Domain wizard. Has rights inside the domain depending on the
                domain's setup.
30              Domain Lord. Has complete power over his/her/its domain.
34              Master Domain Lord. Has read access to all domains.
35              Coordinator. Has read access to all wizard's directories.
                No additional write access.
38              Master of Domains. Has full write access to all domains.
40              Archwizard. Can edit all files in wizard's directories.
43              Additional read access to /etc.
50              Additional write access to most parts of the Mudlib.
54              Additional write access to /etc.
60 and above    Game Masters. Unrestricted access to all files.
