This is a list of available standard commands and other topics.
An expression in () is an abbreviation for the command - see
'help abbreviations'.
Expressions in [] are optional, either changing the meaning or
no need to type - depending on the command.
Expressions with <> like <item> are placeholders for appropriate
phrases or words, e.g. in 'get <item>' "<item>" might stand for
"torch": 'get torch'.
