Command: risk life - turns you into an outlaw or desperado

Description:
In Nemesis "player killing" is not forbidden. But by default no
one is able to kill another player/adventurer. If you want to do
this, you have to become an outlaw (= desperado), which means you
may be killed by or kill other outlaws/desperados but no other
players/adventurers who have not decided to risk their lives. To
join the group of outlaws you have to go to the Adventurers' guild
and declare that you want to risk your life in the future. Think
about this before you decide, because there is no way back with one
exception: If you die, you will be in non-killing mode again. In
order to become an outlaw again, you have to go to the Adventurers'
guild once more and 'risk life'. The guards, the sheriff etc. only
	hunt player killers of course.

Another possibility is becoming a bounty hunter and getting a reward
for killing one of the outlaws whose names can be found on the wanted
list in the sheriff's office of Nemesis Village.

Syntax:
	risk life

Examples:
Go to the Adventurers' Guild in Nemesis Village.
Think twice if you really want to become an outlaw.
If sure that you are sure, enter:
	risk life

Note:
	Think twice!
The sheriff's office of Nemesis Village is over the way of the
	Nemesis Information Centre.
