Command: bug - files a bug report

Description:
	Stores a bug message. The wizards will examine it.

	The new reporting supports "tags" to say where the bug is, which
	<item> has a problem. Possible "tags" are:

	    general  : a general problem and/or bug,
	    me       : a bug occurring in yourself - e.g. with standard
	               actions,
	    soul     : a bug in the so-called soul - see 'help feelings',
	    here     : a problem or bug in the room you are in,
	    <item>   : a bug/problem with a specific <item> you carry, in
	               the room or a so-called room item (mentioned in the
	               room description) - supports numbering (see 'help
	               numbering').

	All bug reports are very welcome, so do not hesitate.

Syntax:
	bug <tag> <message>

Examples:
	bug general changing 'set mailaddr' -> address not stored
	bug soul 'pogo' results in "Your sensitive ear notices ..."
	bug here could not go south here -> error
	bug tie I cannot remove the tie -> "Your sensitive ear notices ..."
	bug short sword 2 "Your sensitive ear ..." in combat
	bug iron door 'x door' says it's open but "You can't go north."

Note:
	"Tagging" an item can be done with several words like "gold bar"
	or "short sword 2" - numbering is supported (see 'help numbering').

	By using an appropriate "tag" AND giving a good description of the
	problem or bug you help the wizards to find and fix the problem.
	
	According to the "tag" your message is written to the corresponding
	log file: reports for "here" and "<item>" go to the log file of the
	creating domain (organized building area) or of the wizard, which
	are /log/<domain>.rep or /log/<wizard>.rep . "general" tagged ones
	are written to the file /log/BUG and "soul" go to /log/IDEA_SOUL .
