Nemesis bulletin boards: Complaints bulletin board, note 9

Not everyone has the time to come here every day. But when you pawn items
to the pawn shop the rebuy price goes up very much when you are away for
a week for example. I think that the increase should be more moderate.
I have also wondered whether it makes sense that the items go up beyond
the shop price. But I think it can be justified, because you have some 
confidence that the pawn shop keeps the item for you whereas in the shop
someone else can buy it and then it is sold out.
I would also appreciate a way to disown/abandon an item that is in "list mine"
when I decide I do not want to rebuy it at all. It should then be moved into
the list buyable by everyone. Of course this would allow to disown and then 
rebuy it when it got more expensive than new price. To prevent that, an item
could be taken off the list after the disown command and only be put on list
a day later or so, maybe randon 12-36 hours real time, so that it will be hard
to still get it and opthers could buy it in the meantime.
