Ok, now one further step:
No matter if there is weather in the room or not, now you can modify or
create you own room items "sky" and/or "weather" in rooms! This is if
there are these room items defined in a room they are displayed. Check
both examples below.

Have a look at room/post (command: 'post'):
- This room has no weather set at all (as weather messages would be annoying
  while writing mails),
- but 'look at sky' or 'look at weather' shows the current weather outside,
- as the room fetches the weather settings from the room outside and asks
  the weather machine for the current weather outside.

Or in Southroad in Nemesis Village (command: 'goto /d/village/rd/south1'):
- This room has full weather with full weather effects like torches getting
  wet in rain or torches doused by a storm,
- but 'look at sky' or 'look at weather' show more than the weather ;-)
  (if not, please 'modernise' as I added it a few hours ago).

If there are room items "weather" and/or "sky" the description of it will
be shown! The weather machine isn't asked! For dynamic room items have a
look at the "@@"-feature.
