Command: emoteall

Description:
	Gives a message <msg> to everybody in the whole world of Nemesis.
	Your name will be prepended to the message.

Syntax:
	emoteall <msg>

Examples:
	emoteall makes a magic gesture and it starts snowing.
		results to all logged in:
	Kiri makes a magic gesture and it starts snowing.

Note:
	The intension of 'emoteall' is to give wizards the ability to show
	emotions and gestures to all adventurers logged in to support an
	"important" 'shout' etc.

	Please think carefully about what you 'emoteall' as you might
	pretend something that is not happening at all.
