Command: set earmuffs
Optional argument: <level>

The earmuffs level is the level of players whose shouts you will hear.
All shouts of players below that level won't come to your ears.

So when you type 'set earmuffs 20', you won't hear any usual shouts
from players who have level 19 or lower.

Unfortunately there are also some unusal shouts which can't be filtered.
You can not set the level to your level or any higher.
Without argument your current earmuffs level is displayed.

Note: This setting is permanent and is therefor displayed at login.
