Name: set_title - set the title of a player

Syntax:
	set_title(string title)

Description:
	The set_title call sets the title of a player. You cannot set the
	title of any player, only a guild can do this. You can yset your
	own title with the title command though.

Return value: none

Examples:
	this_player()->set_title("the barbarian"); /* called from a guild */
