Name: query_echo - get the echo string of a player

Syntax:
	string query_echo()

Description:
	The query_echo call returns the echo string of a player. Depending
	on the value, the player gets his own echo string when he is getting
	a message with echo.

Return value: 	
	The echo string of the player.

Examples:
	string echo;
	echo=this_player()->query_echo();
