Lfun:	heal_slowly - make the monster heal a bit

Synopsis:
	void heal_slowly()

Description:
	The heal slowly function is called all 4 minutes. If the monster is
	hurt and nobody is present in the same room.

	You should not call it yourself to avoid multiple call_outs.
