Macro:	readfile - read in a file

Synopsis:
	mixed readfile(string file, int start, int length)

Description:
	This is an alias for read_file(). How many times did you forget the
	underscore '_' in 'read_file' and wondered why it doesn't work? ;-)

Note:
	For the lazy ones ...
	This is a MACRO defined via /include/auto.h .
