Simul efun: query_timezone_name - get the name of the timezone Nemesis is
	                          running in

Synopsis:
	string query_timezone_name()

Description:
	This is a hack to get the timezone we are running in. It would be cool
	if it was a real efun and the GD had support for it, but at the moment
	that is not the case.

Return value:
	The timezone Nemesis is running in. This should be CET or CEST.

Examples:
	query_timezone_name()	returns "CEST"
